... add a little jalepeño. (Apologies to Christine Lavin.) This is a shot of "Night Glow" taken on August 4, 2006 at the Balloon Festival in Martinsburg, WV. The balloon teams fire up their balloons as it gets dark, turning them into 60-80 feet lanterns, for a few moments at a time.

This man is the only one of 33 race contestants who took the right-sde path at Little Fingers fall. First heat of the 2006 annual Great Falls kayak race. Photo taken from Maryland side. This photograph was taken by my father. KG is just a few weeks old. KG and I have been together since he was a speck of dust. At one day old, he slept in the palm of my hand. -- All other photographs were taken by me.
